We’ve Made a Move (and Feel Right at Home)
This summer brought some meaningful changes—and one we’re especially excited to share. We’ve officially joined Village Properties.
If you know us, you know we’re not interested in being the loudest or the flashiest. We’re here to do thoughtful work with good people. The kind where connection comes first and every transaction is handled with care. The kind of work that feels more like matchmaking than sales. That’s why this move made sense. Village Properties is deeply rooted in this community, and their values line up with everything we’ve built Montecito Valley around—local knowledge, strong relationships, and a genuine love for Santa Barbara.
Most days, you’ll still find us walking a property, checking on a listing, or daydreaming about a garden or a chicken coop (sometimes both). Nothing’s changing there. We’re just growing in a way that feels aligned. And we’re excited for what’s next.
